I worked as a manager at Yevankar Steel Traders for two months. I left that job because the salary was insufficient. Subsequently, I worked at Mega Mall for two months; there, too, I resigned because the remuneration was inadequate. There is a severe scarcity of well-paying jobs in Barshi. However, I have gained significant work experience. Currently, I am undertaking independent welding work—specifically on-site agricultural welding projects. Yet, I do not wish to continue doing fabrication work; I am looking to secure a regular job. Fabrication work involves a great deal of physical exertion; moreover, if I were simply to continue doing my own independent welding and fabrication work, what would be the point of the formal training I have acquired? Furthermore, my current work is not a year-round occupation; it is temporary in nature, requiring me to work for only two or three months out of the year, after which I am left idle. I am in need of permanent employment. Thank you.
